From her initial diploma, architecture, Faezeh Afchary keeps the sense of rigor. From her country of origin, Iran, she keeps the love of words and that of poetry as luggage.

From her academic study, Faezeh Afchary maintains a sense of rigor. And from her native Iran, she brings a delicate love of words and poetry. Borne of this duality is her highly sensitive oeuvre.

By a play of assemblage, but also through motifs, texts and poems, these Faezah’s (sculptures evolve) toward the creation of ever more minimal, pure objects. She discards color, privileges writing, and based on her culture and experience builds universal metaphorical poetic figures.
